What Color Is Your Prospect? How To Sell To The 4 Character Types



As a keynote speaker in some cases I get the opportunity to do a follow up management workshop at the event. I find group structure self development activities really require to be accommodated the group or they are a generic time drain.



Out of all of us that were being "led", or shall I say managed (and "he" wasn't even great at that), 90% of us desired to leave our task and discover something else, ANYTHING else. I didn't care if I went to leadership types work at McDonald's. I just wanted out.

We should not blame the meat of society for going rotten if the protecting salt has been withdrawn, or the world for getting darker, if the light is not shining.

There are numerous nominalisations in society, company, and our individual lives that can and do journey us up! I describe not knowing of the results of nominalisations on our society, success and in ourselves as a 'blind area'. Blind spots are the parts of our 'maps of the world' and the 'map of ourselves' that we do not understand about yet!

A culture of HOPE: I have just recently started an extremely stringent fitness program. I am growing older and I simply need to do this. I have begun tracking my efforts and while difficult, I am beginning to see results. It is amazing how one will carry out to reach an objective when they are encouraged and are lucky to work and live in a culture of hope. Hope provides you the belief in what you are doing. It keeps you on the journey. While my progress with my physical fitness program does not constantly measure up to my expectations, I continue to pursue the objective since hope keeps me going. I can see the goal and I have a factor to get there!

From the perspective of any capability, there are governing principles and contextual guidelines that enable one to establish competency and proficiency in a given location. Can you imagine attempting to effectively lead thousands and even five people through accepting nominalisations as guides?

Let's start with the Alphas. These are usually referred to as the control person in a group. Alphas, or simply the leaders, tend to have a strong existence within their own group that business leadership types they are related to. An Alpha can be a captain of a sports group, a pastor of a church, or a supermarket manager. The typical thing everybody has in this group is leadership. Every one of these leaders has others appreciate them. They follow their suggestions. Since of this trait, they have a controling presence and attract others.

The 7 Levels of Energy are Catabolic in the levels 1 & 2, level 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are all Anabolic. The Energy Leadership Program concentrates on Behaviors, Feelings, and Thoughts which straight impact our offered quantities of energy for leading in our everyday lives. Those who go through this evaluation and program are able to transform their Catabolic Energy and include it to their Anabolic, and therefore enhance their lives at work and home. This, in turn, raises the Anabolic Energy, and there are no limits as to the possible growth that a person can attain. What do you wish to do today?
